Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within several business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.
